Outdoor facilities include: Pritzlaff Field Soccer Stadium (lighted); the CMC Aquatics Center, including Matt M. Axelrood Pool and Fritz B. Burns Wing (lighted, four team rooms, two faculty and staff locker rooms; David X. Marks and Ben F. Smith Tennis Courts (eight courts, three lighted); Fritz B. Burns Stadium, including Zinda Field (all-weather track, football field, lighted), Arce Field (baseball) and a softball facility.
Indoor facilities include: Ducey Gymnasium, including basketball and volleyball competition court, auxiliary gym, rock-climbing wall and boxing ring; the R. Ernest Smith Weight Room; Frank G. Wells Fitness Center; five team locker rooms, and two faculty and staff locker rooms.
*Outdoor and Indoor athletic facilities are all within walking distance of Ducey Gymnasium.
Support facilities include department offices, one classroom, athletic training room, equipment rooms, and laundry facility.
The Athletic Director is responsible for maintaining, scheduling and reserving athletic facilities during the academic year. Priority use of all facilities is in the following order:
a) Scheduled physical education classes.
b) Intercollegiate practices and contests.
c) Club Sports.
d) Intramurals.
e) Recreation.
The college will occasionally rent our facilities to outside groups. We will always try to schedule these events so they will not interfere with any of our institutional activities. The recreational use of the college indoor athletic facilities and pool are reserved for our students, faculty, staff and administrators. The tennis courts and track are available to the community but priority goes to our CMS community. Any outside groups requesting use of college athletic facilities must contact the Assistant Director of Administrative Services (Conference Planning).

To the Athletic Office (Ducey Gymnasium):Stay on I-10 West (toward Los Angeles) until you reach the Indian Hill/Claremont exit. Turn right (north) off the exit. You will be on Indian Hill; continue north on Indian Hill for about 1.5 miles until you reach 6th Street. Turn right on 6th Street and follow it until Mills Ave. Turn left (north) on Mills; the Athletic Office (690 N. Mills) will be on your right just a half a block.

To the Athletic Office (Ducey Gymnasium):Stay on the I-210 East (toward San Bernardino), then follow Route 30 to the end of the freeway--it will merge straight into Foothill Blvd. Continue on Foothill Blvd. for about 11 minutes until you reach Claremont Blvd. Turn right on Claremont Blvd until you reach 6th Street Turn right on 6th Street and follow it until Mills Ave. Turn right (north) on Mills; the Athletic Office (690 N. Mills) will be on your right just a half a block.
