Jason Muhl has been named Macalester College's new head men's tennis coach.

Coach Muhl replaces Eric Eberhardt, who resigned in May 2004 following six years in charge of the program.  A former standout at Bloomington Jefferson High School and St. Cloud State University, where he was team captain, Muhl has coached in recent years at Burnsville High School, the Blake School and Eastview High School. 

Muhl is a 1998 St. Cloud State University graduate, where he majored in Recreation Administration and minored in Speech Communication.  He currently works as a pre-school teacher for the YWCA while finishing up his elementary education program.
