COACH DAVID BOTELER
TENNIS DIRECTOR, HEAD COACH
David Boteler begins his 22nd year of coaching collegiate tennis in 2003. "Coach B" earned the highest rating possible from the United States Professional Tennis Registry in 1987. He has guided the Mississippi College tennis teams to 3 American Southwest Conference titles and 14 Eastern division championships. Boteler has been named Eastern division "Coach of the Year" 8 times.
Coach Boteler has coached 13 All-Americans, and led Belhaven College to a number 5 national ranking in 1991. He was named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference "Coach of the Year" 3 times for tennis and once in women's basketball.
A Jackson, Ms native, Coach Boteler graduated from Belhaven College where he was an All Southern States Conference baseball player. He is ranked #1 in Mississippi in 50's doubles and #9 in the South.
