 Ben Belletto
Ben Belletto has been the head men's tennis coach since 2003. Upon arriving at Pomona-Pitzer, it was Coach Belletto's goal to instill a sense of direction and consistency to a program already possessing a rich history, and to compete for an NCAA Division III National Championship.

Currently, Coach Belletto is the second longest-tenured coach in the men's tennis program's history (1897). In nine seasons as head coach, he has coached nine NCAA all-Americans and guided the Sagehens into the national rankings, where they finished the 2012 season ranked #11 in the country. Coach Belletto has served as a member of the NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Committee (2007-2011, Chair in 2011), Chair of the ITA West Region Men's Tennis Ranking Committee (2007-2011) and is currently co-Chair of the ITA National Ranking Committee. In 2011, Coach Belletto was named the ITA Men's Tennis West Region Coach of the Year after guiding the Sagehens to their first top ten finish since 1994, and their first NCAA berth since 2001.

During the summer, Belletto directs the Pomona-Pitzer Nike Tennis Camp and Co-Directs the UC Santa Cruz Nike Tennis Camp with legendary Men's Tennis Coach Bob Hansen.

Before arriving to Pomona-Pitzer, Belletto ran a year-round junior tennis program in Santa Cruz. In 2002, Belletto was the head coach at Piedmont High School in Northern California, where he led his team to the division title. Coach Belletto's first head coaching experience came in 1998 when he returned to his high school alma mater as head coach of Marin Catholic High School.

As a player, Coach Belletto was an all-conference doubles selection and qualified for the Southern California Junior College Championships in 1997 while playing for Santa Barbara City College. In 1999, he was the number one singles and doubles player for Cabrillo College, where he earned all-league honors and qualified for the Northern California Junior College Championships.

Coach Belletto received his M.S. in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific and his B.A. in Politics from St. Mary's College of California. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Coach Belletto serves as Assistant Sports Information Director.
