NORMAN, Okla. -- The University of Oklahoma men's tennis team was winless in four doubles matches at the Texas A&M Invitational in College Station, Texas, Friday, Oct. 26.
Lawrence Formentera, Nick Papac, Leonard Stakhovsky and John Harrison Warden competed in two rounds of doubles. Formentera and Warden fell to Louisiana State University's Tam Trinh and Roger Anderson 8-3 in the first round. Stakhovsky and Papac lost to Texas A&M's Jeremy Efferding and Jordan Szabo 8-4. The duo of Formentera and Stakhovsky fell to Texas A&M's Jackson Withrow and Jeremy Efferding 9-7 in the second round. The tandem of Warden and Papac lost to Illinois's Tim Kipinski and Bruno Abdelnour 8-5.
