WACO, Texas - Baylor women's tennis players Ema Burgic, Megan Horter, Victoria Kisialeva and Jordaan Sanford will travel to the Jack Kramer Club Invitational for play beginning on Friday and running through Sunday in Rolling Hills, Calif.

In its second year, the 32-player singles draw and 16-team doubles draw tournament boasts a talented field that includes players from Baylor, LMU, Penn State, Georgia, Utah, UCLA, USC, University of San Diego, Pepperdine, and Mississippi State. Draws for the event will be released on Thursday night.

"The Jack Kramer Club is one of the most prestigious tennis clubs in America," head coach Joey Scrivano said. "Last year we went there and every match that the ladies played was ultra-competitive. I'm expecting the same thing all over again. It'll be a great opportunity for us to continue to improve and to wrap up our fall tournament schedule."

This season in singles, Burgic leads the group with an 11-3 record, after advancing to the finals of the USTA/ITA Regional Championships. Horter is 3-2 on the year, while Kisialeva is 3-1 and Sanford is 1-2.

In doubles play, Burgic will pair with Kisialeva, while Horter will team with Sanford. It marks the first time this season that those tandems will play together in competition.

Last year at the event, Sanford reached the singles semifinals, while Horter picked up two victories in consolation play.

The Jack Kramer Club is nationally renowned for its tennis activities and its junior development program. Its tradition of world-class tennis began in the late 1960s with the meteoric rise of Tracy Austin and continued with Pete Sampras and Lindsay Davenport.
