TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama women’s tennis team heads to Sarasota, Fla., this weekend for the Dick Vitale Clay Court Classic, which will be the Crimson Tide’s final event of the fall season. The tournament is set to begin on Friday, Nov. 9, and will run through Sunday, Nov. 11. All matches will be played at the Lakewood Ranch Athletic Center.
Alabama will be represented at the tournament by Yasmeen Ebada, Antonia Foehse, Maya Jansen, Natalia Maynetto and Emily Zabor as Alexa Guarachi and Mary Anne Macfarlane are currently competing at the USTA/ITA National Intercollegiate Indoor Championships in New York.
Joining Alabama at the tournament is East Tennessee, Florida, Memphis, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma State and Tennessee.
