FLUSHING, N.Y. - Fighting Illini sophomores Farris Gosea and Tim Kopinski fell in consolation play to end their run at the USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships Friday at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The Orange and Blue will return to action as a team in January. Several Illini will be in action at the JSM Challenger, Nov. 10-17 at Atkins Tennis Center.
