WACO, Texas - The 20th-ranked Baylor men's tennis team will look to continue a three-match win streak when it travels to face No. 62 North Florida on Thursday at 1 p.m. and No. 16 Florida on Saturday at noon.

"This road trip is what we need," head coach Matt Knoll said. "We are way more put together now than we were at the beginning of the season and I think we are going to look like a Baylor tennis team out there."

Baylor enters the week with a 6-1 record, after blanking UT Pan American and UT Arlington by identical 7-0 scores on Saturday. The Bears still have three singles players ranked. Marko Krickovic, Julian Lenz, and Mate Zsiga are listed at No. 56, 59, and 76 respectively.

On Thursday, BU will take on North Florida at the UNF Tennis Complex in Jacksonville, Fla. The Ospreys are 2-5 on the season and are coming off a 6-1 loss at No. 65 Georgia Tech.

North Florida has one player ranked in singles competition in No. 96 Moritz Buerchner. He partners with Norbert Nemcsek to form the country's No. 12 ranked doubles duo.

The matchup will mark the first meeting of the Bears and Ospreys.

Following Thursday's match, the Bears will travel to Gainesville, Fla., to face the 16th-ranked Florida Gators at Linder Stadium. The Gators are currently 6-3 on the season, but have lost their last three.

"I was nervous before our match with Tulsa," said Knoll. "I am not nervous now. I feel like I know what is going to happen. Again, I think we are going to look like a Baylor tennis team. I think we are going to fight for every point and we are going to be pretty hard to deal with."

The Gators also have three ranked singles competitors in Florent Diep, Bob van Overbeek and Stephane Piro ranked 36, 78, and 108 respectively. The Gators' doubles team of Diep and Michael Alford are also ranked at No. 46.

Baylor will look to even the overall series with the Gators, which Florida currently leads 6-5. The last meeting between the Bears and Gators came during the 2012 season when the then No. 8 Gators picked up a 6-1 victory in Waco.

The two matches will be Baylor's third and fourth against a ranked opponent. Currently, the Bears are 1-1 against ranked foes.

Following this weekend's action, the Bears will return home for a five-match homestand. BU will open the home stretch with a doubleheader vs. Laredo Community College and Abilene Christian on March 2, before matches with No. 6 Kentucky, No. 3 UCLA, and No. 1 Virginia.
