LOS ANGELES - The fourth-ranked UCLA women's tennis team (13-2; 4-0 Pac-12) has two of its biggest matches of the season this weekend, with No. 14 Stanford (10-2; 4-0 Pac-12) and No. 13 Cal (10-4; 4-0 Pac-12) visiting the Los Angeles Tennis Center this Friday and Saturday. The Bruins and Cardinal will square off on Friday at 1:30 p.m. The showdown will mark the first meeting between the two teams this season, as UCLA did not face Stanford on its trip to the Bay Area to take on Cal in late February. The two teams last met on April 14 of last year at Stanford, with UCLA snapping the Cardinals' 157-match home winning streak with a 5-2 victory. Following its Friday meeting with Stanford, UCLA will return to the courts the very next day to host Cal at Noon on Saturday. The Bruins already own a win over the Bears this year, taking a 4-3 win in Berkeley on Feb. 22. Freshman Kyle McPhillips notched the clinching victory for UCLA in that match. There is no charge for admission to either of this weekend's matches. Fans who are unable to attend can follow the live stats online by going HERE.

Free Diddy Riese cookies will be given to the first 200 fans in attendance for both matches.

UCLA is coming off a very successful trip to the Pacific Northwest last weekend, downing both Washington State (6-1) and Washington (7-0) to improve to 4-0 in Pac-12 play. With her singles win against Washington, freshman Kyle McPhillips joined Robin Anderson in the 20-win club, improving to 20-6 overall on the year. McPhillips ranks second on the team in singles wins, trailing only Anderson who boasts a 24-3 overall record.

The Bruins remained at No. 4 in the ITA team rankings released on Tuesday. North Carolina, Florida and Texas A&M are ranked ahead of UCLA, while Georgia is just below the Bruins at No. 5. UCLA has six players ranked in singles led by Robin Anderson at No. 3. She is followed by No. 67 Kyle McPhillips, No. 88 Kaitlin Ray, No. 91 Catherine Harrison, No. 101 Chanelle Van Nguyen and No. 110 Pamela Montez. In doubles, Anderson and Skylar Morton No. 13 nationally, followed by Dolehide and Montez at No. 43. Complete rankings are below.
