INDIANAPOLIS – No. 19 Texas Men’s Tennis will make its 22nd consecutive appearance in the NCAA Championship on May 10 in College Station, Texas at the Mitchell Tennis Center.
Texas (16-8, 3-2 Big 12) will face Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (16-7, 5-0 Southland) in the First Round on Friday, May 10 at 11 a.m. CT. It will be the second time this season UT and Corpus Christi have met and the first during an NCAA Championship. The Longhorns defeated the Islanders, 6-1, on Feb. 21 in Austin.

Host, 12th-seeded Texas A&M, will face Marist in the first round on Friday at 3 p.m. CT. First round winners at the College Station site will play on Saturday, May 11 at 3 p.m. CT.
Since the NCAA Championship field was expanded to 64 teams in 1999, it marks the third time that Texas will compete in College Station during the Championship. Texas A&M hosted the Longhorns’ national semifinal appearance in 2009 and round of 16 appearance in 2002.
The Longhorns hold a 13-1 record in the round of 64.
