The USC men's tennis team has packed a trio of Trojans onto the ITA All-American list for 2013 thanks to high seeds and strong runs at the NCAA Singles Championships last month. First-time All-Americans Emilio Gomez and Yannick Hanfmann are joined by All-American veteran Ray Sarmiento, who now has his third honor as an ITA All-American.

Ray Sarmiento was a 9-16 seed into this year's NCAA Singles draw, and further cemented his All-American status with a run to the NCAA Round of 16. A junior, Sarmiento has now picked up ITA All-American honors for singles in each of his three seasons at Troy. The Sherwood Singles champion and an All-Pac-12 First Team selection, Sarmiento closed his junior campaign ranked No. 18 in the nation in singles and No. 32 in doubles with teammate Hanfmann. He also finished his junior season with a 27-9 overall singles record. His NCAA Round of 64 singles win marked the junior's 100th career singles win.

Sophomore Yannick Hanfmann hauled in his first career honor as an ITA All-American with a powerful run in the NCAA Singles competition. Two strong wins launched the All-Pac-12 Second Team selection into the NCAA Round of 16 to lock him on the All-American honor roll, as he finished the season with an overall singles record of 31-7. His final singles ranking stands at No. 33 to go alone with a No. 32 ranking in doubles with teammate Sarmiento and No. 69 with Eric Johnson.

Junior Emilio Gomez earned the No. 6 seed into the NCAA Singles Championships to garner his first honor as an ITA All-American. Ranked as high as No. 2 in the nation in singles this year, Gomez finishes 2013 at No. 9, having posted an overall singles record of 23-8 playing largely at the No. 1 singles position for the Trojans. An All-Pac-12 First Team pick, Gomez also finishes up ranked No. 55 in doubles with cousin and teammate Roberto Quiroz and No. 79 with Eric Johnson.

In all, USC has seven Trojans finishing the year with ITA singles rankings. In addition to those seven singles standouts, USC has five doubles teams in the final rankings. Full list is below.
