Shari Reed returns for her sixth season as head women's tennis coach at the University of Charleston. Her record is an outstanding 74-22 overall.

Under Coach Reed, the Golden Eagles program has participated in three NCAA Division II Regional Championships. In addition the team has been named an Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic team, for the past three years.

As coach of the men's squad, she has led the men's squad to two WVIAC Conference championships. In 2000, she was selected as the WVIAC Tennis Coach of the Year.

Coach Reed has been a teaching professional for over ten years and is USPTA certified. An avid tennis player, she continues to compete on a regional basis.
