Junior Camps

On the first day of camp, all campers are organized into groups according to age and skill level. All of the camp activities are modified to fit each individual group's needs to allow for a more personalized learning experience. The Junior Camps run from 9 AM to 4 PM and are divided in two sessions. The morning session (9 AM to 12 PM) is oriented towards technique and stroke production involving a variety of drills and exercises. The afternoon session (2 PM to 4 PM) is geared towards tactical instruction and match play.

The Beginners Program

Kids participating at this level are introduced to tennis as a fun lifetime sport. Campers learn the basic rules of the game while developing a solid technical base for stroke production. Exercises, drills and talks organized for both morning and afternoon sessions are geared towards helping our juniors to take that first step toward the love of the game.

The Intermediate and Advanced Programs

Our program offers our intermediate and advanced juniors daily workouts created to improve stroke production, footwork, and consistency. Advanced players are expected to have a firm understanding of the game, consistency, and placement. Our advanced program focuses on a deeper understanding of court coverage and angle creation with the ultimate goal of successfully creating, maintaining, and completing a pre-determined strategy.

Adult Camps

These camps are intended for ages 20 and up and include all levels of play. All participants are grouped together according to ability and level of play. Our goal is to combine all instructional activities with a cardio component, helping our campers to improve their technique while getting a full workout. This camp runs from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 12 PM, allowing the camp staff to focus on a specific subject each day. This format has been very successful during the last two years and that is why we will be offering another session during the Summer 2008.
