New to the tennis staff this year is a familiar name—Cody Wright. Wright is from Lake Wales and graduated from Lake Wales High School in 2004. Cody played #1 singles all four years for the Highlanders. His senior year he was Polk County High School Player of the Year.
On the junior tennis circuit, Wright was ranked top 25 in singles one year and top 25 in doubles for three years. Cody played four years for the Warriors and will be graduating from Webber International with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management n May of this year.
