COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The 11th-ranked Texas A&M men's tennis team welcomes 46th-ranked Arkansas to wrap up its six-match home stand. First serve is slated for 1 p.m. on Sunday at the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center in College Station.

"The guys are disappointed about their results on Friday," Texas A&M head coach Steve Denton said. "All these matches in the SEC are tough. Arkansas is a great test for us. They're a quality SEC opponent. We're much higher ranked than they are so we're a target. We have to be ready to play and defend our home court."
Texas A&M (12-7, 3-2 SEC) looks to bounce back after a disappointing 4-3 loss to No. 68 LSU on Friday evening. The Aggies won the doubles point in that contest, making that the third time this season that the Maroon and White have claimed the doubles point but lost the match.
In singles, 52nd-ranked Jeremy Efferding is tied for the team lead with a 12-4 record. Efferding, the reigning SEC Player of the Week, enters the contest looking to rebound after dropping his first match after he featured a seven-match winning streak, including a win over the nation's top-ranked player in Alex Domijan of Virginia. Over the last ten matches, the sophomore boasts a 7-3 mark.
Tied with Efferding for the team lead in singles wins is 77th-ranked freshman Shane Vinsant who holds a 12-5 record on the spring. The reigning and two-time winner of SEC Freshman of the Week honors boasts a 9-5 mark from the No. 4 line.
118th-ranked Harry Adams currently sits in third place in the teams standings with a 10-5 mark on the spring. The two-time winner of SEC Freshman of the Week honors boasts a 7-2 mark from the No. 3 singles line.
Sophomore Jordan Szabo has slid into the No. 5 position since conference play began, putting up a 9-6 record overall and a 2-1 mark in conference play.
Sophomore Behzad Minavi has performed well in his limited action in the spring, boasting a 7-2 record overall and a 2-2 mark in SEC action. The Houston native currently sits at 5-1 from the No. 6 line.
Junior Junior Ore rounds out the projected singles lineup with a 6-9 record including a 3-0 mark from the No. 2 line.
In doubles, the Aggies are led by the 13th-ranked freshmen tandem of Adams and Vinsant with a 12-3 mark. The duo of Jackson Withrow and Ore is currently ranked 15th nationally with an 11-4 record. Finishing out the projected doubles lineup for A&M is Efferding and Szabo with a 9-5 record.
Arkansas (11-7, 0-4 SEC) enters the contest looking for its first conference win on the spring. The Razorbacks are led by Victor Hoang (10-4, 1-3 SEC) and Mike Nott (9-3, 2-2 SEC) in singles. Arkansas also features the 60th-ranked doubles tandem in Manfred Jeske and Nott with a 5-5 mark.
