EUGENE, Ore. – Senior Robin Cambier and sophomore Kevin Farin of the University of Oregon men’s tennis team continued to impress in Belgium Futures play this week. The pair of Ducks defeated the second-seeded team in the F11 Futures field and reached the semifinals this week in Damme, Belgium.
 
In a quarterfinal contest against second-seeded Sander Gille and Alexandre Sidorenko, Cambier and Farin prevailed in a hard-fought match 6-4, 7-6 (4). They couldn’t reach the finals match, however, falling 6-4, 7-6 (5) to fourth-seeded Luis Patino and Or Ram-Harel in today’s semifinal
 
Cambier and Farin are in the midst of an impressive run in Belgian Futures in the past three weeks. The pair advanced to the quarterfinals in F10, and advanced all the way to the finals match in F9.  
 
Farin joins the Ducks as a transfer from the University of Brussels. He has been ranked as high as number one amongst all junior players in Belgium. Following his recent success in Belgium Futures, Farin's ATP doubles rankings has improved 103 spots all the way up to No. 832.
 
Cambier, a native of Brussels, Belgium, enters his senior season as one of the most decorated players in Duck history. With a 78-25 career doubles record, Cambier is the most prolific doubles player in program history. He also ranks third in career singles wins (67) in school history.
