TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida State men's and women's team are set to compete at the USTA Clay Court Invitational at Disney from October 24-27 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Twelve teams ranked in the top 25 are competing at the Orlando event.

"We're very excited to host this tournament for the second year," said head coach Duane Hultquist. "It's such a great partnership between the USTA, Disney and Florida State. We look forward to having it broadcast on ESPN3.com. This is such a great opportunity for college tennis."

The Seminoles start the morning at the Grand Cyprus of Orlando with the Round of 64 at 8:00 a.m. until transferring to the ESPN Wide World of Sports for the round of 32 doubles at 4:00 p.m.

Freshmen Jake Albo starts the day off with a 8:00 a.m. along with sophomore João Gauer taking on UCF's Inaki Espindola. Senior Blake Davis takes on Alexander Solonin of Pepperdine while No. 5 seed junior Dominic Cotroneplays Colton Norton of Tennessee.

At 9:30 a.m. sophomore Michael Rinaldi takes on a junior for the USTA. Freshman Jack Haffey takes on Notre Dame's Nico Montoya while junior Cristian Gonzalez Mendez plays Georgia Tech's Cole Fiegel at 10:00 a.m.

At 10:30 junior Benjamin Lock plays Pepperdine's Kento Tanka-Tamaki while freshman Grayson Goldin takes on Amar Hromic of UCF at 11:00 a.m. Closing out the Seminoles is freshman Jose Gracia who plays against Tulsa's Dylan McCloskey.

In doubles play, the No. 1 seed of Cotrone and Davis received a first round bye. Goldin and Rinaldi take on juniors from the USTA at 4:30 p.m. while Haffey and Albo play South Alabama's Sofaer and Menichella of Pepperdine. Lock and Gauer play Tennessee's Bhat and Norton. Closing out the day is Gonzalez Mendez and Gracia who play Gladstone and Aulina of UCF. 

Joining the No. 37 Florida State men's tennis team is No. 5 USC, No. 6 Tennessee, No. 8 Pepperdine, No. 16 Florida, No. 24 Illinois, No. 25 Tulsa, No. 31 Notre Dame, No. 71 UNF, Georgia Tech, UCF, South Alabama and top players from the USTA. 

The event will be aired on ESPN3.com on Sunday. First matches of the day begin at 8:00 a.m. except on Sunday when it starts at 9:00 a.m.
