Andrew Krueger
Andrew Krueger begins his fourth season as an assistant coach with both the men's and women's tennis programs at Augustana in 2011-12.
Krueger spent four years on the Viking tennis squad, playing in the top-three singles flights and No. 1 doubles spot. In his senior year, he finished second in the North Central Conference in No. 1 doubles and was the NCC champion in No. 2 singles.
Krueger is a Sioux Falls native who attended Lincoln High School and was a part of three of a state-record five consecutive state tennis titles (1995-1999) won by the Patriots. He earned All-Greater Dakota Conference honors in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
He earned a degree in physical education and is currently in his fourth year of teaching physical education at Lincoln High School, where he also coaches the freshman tennis teams.
Krueger is also pursuing a master's degree at Augustana.
