Junior (2012-13) - Tallied a 30-10 overall record and qualified for the NCAA Singles Championship where he lost in the first round to Yannick Hanfmann of USC...named Mountain West Player of the year and selected to Mountain West All-Singles and All-Doubles Teams...lost three of his first four matches of the spring season before going on to win 22 of the next 25 at the No. 1 spot...8-7 against players in the ITA Rankings...put up a 19-13 doubles record including a 16-10 mark at the No. 1 position with partner Nathan Sereke...went 7-3 during the fall season, capping it off with an appearance in the semifinals of the Mountain Regionals...advanced through qualification and into the main draw of the ITA All-American Championships.   Sophomore (2011-12) - Earned a team-high 32 wins during his second season at Boise State...finished with a 32-9 overall record and a 22-7 dual-match record playing primarily at the No. 3 position...also led the team with six conference wins (6-0)...finished the season on a 10-match win streak...went 21-10 overall in doubles play including an 18-7 mark in dual matches...started the dual season partnering with Scott Sears at the No. 2 spot, going 4-2...played most of his doubles matches with Filipp Pogostkin at Nos. 2-3, finishing 14-5...picked for All-Mountain West Singles Team...named to Mountain West All-Academic Team.   Freshman (2010-11) - Joined the Broncos in January and made an immediate impact, playing his way to Western Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year honors...started 28-of-31 dual singles matches...also started 25 dual doubles matches for Boise State...began the spring at No. 6 singles and moved all the way up the line-up to start the three final regular season duals at No. 1...finished the spring with a 21-7 overall singles record, including a 5-0 mark against WAC competition...put together a stretch of singles matches in which he went 14-1 during the middle of the season...went 19-6 in doubles with partner Filipp Pogostkin, playing at Nos. 2 and No. 3...Bettles and Pogostkin finished the spring by winning 16-of-17 doubles matches.   Other - Won the Great Britain National Championship...also earned a runner-up finish at the Junior Davis Cup.
