Phillip Wiley
The 2008-2009 school year will be Wiley’s fifth year coaching tennis at CACC. Wiley has a very impressive tennis background. He currently serves as the State Coordinator for Community Tennis Programs for the Alabama Tennis Association. He spent four years as the Head Boy’s and Girl’s Tennis Coach at Auburn High School and three years before that as the Auburn Junior High Tennis Coach. Wiley also spent two years as a graduate assistant at Auburn University, teaching tennis classes for the Physical Education department.
Wiley has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science, also from Auburn University. He recently joined the CACC faculty as an adjunct instructor in the Psychology department. Wiley is a PTR certified professional and member of the USTA. He married his wife Amy in July 2007. He and Amy currently reside in Auburn.
