I was born in Virginia, but Colorado will always be my home. I have a 12 year-old brother Erik who I would do anything for. I love the snow. Waking up to a fresh blanket of snow puts me in the best mood (especially when I’m in the mountains and get to go skiing). On that note, SoCal seems an odd choice for college but coming to CMC has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love food…trying foods from around the world is one of my favorite things to do. Lucky for me, I live with an amazing cook (she is the reason I have yet to starve in the apartments…). I’m a fan of country music…don’t judge me. I also love to travel and experience different cultures. Though I am not as interested in the typical tourist destinations, I find it fascinating to go to the small villages and towns that are the most preserved and embedded in a country’s culture. Finally, two of my most influential people in both tennis and life are my old coaches Gay West and Randy Ross. They have both taught me so much and I am more grateful to them then I could ever show.
