Carl Fennell
Carl Fennell is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University and is one of Delaware's most highly regarded tennis teachers. Carl also was involved in teaching disadvantaged young people the sport of tennis. Carl has volunteered his service to local middle and high schools to help in the training of young tennis players. Carl has been the assitant at Delaware State for two years.
