Bernard Murray, assistant women's tennis coach, has an extensive background of tennis experience and honors. A1983 graduate of Northeastern Illinois University, Murray has played tennis for 20 years. As a player, Murray was a Chicago Park District champion. Murray has been involved with numerous club programs, including the Evanston Park District juniors program, the Chicago Park District Daley Bicentennial program, the Edens Tennis Club juniors program and as a tennis pro at the East Bank Club. Murray is currently a professor of education at Chicago State University.
