2004-05: Compiled a record of 16-12 on the season with a 9-9 record in dual meets and a 3-5 mark in the ACC ... played most of his matches at number three with a 6-6 record ... teamed with Peter Shults to go 12-3 on the year with a 7-1 record in the conference ... the two of them were 11-2 at number three while playing the rest of their matches as the number two ... defeated two ranked opponents in singles competition during the season ... with upsets over No. 28 Matic Omerzel of Georgia 6-3, 6-2 on Feb. 19 and No. 61 Roger Gubser of Texas on March 12 ... began the spring season ranked No. 106 and achieved his highest ranking in the second computer ranking on March 8 when he was listed at No. 65 ... recorded a singles ledger of 7-3 in the fall ... picked up three victories at both the J.G. 2002-03: Finished the year with a 5-7 overall singles record along with an 11-6 doubles ledger ... suffered knee injury on February 16 in singles match versus Mark Henderson of Tennessee ... was in the Duke lineup for both singles and doubles regularly prior to the injury ... underwent successful knee surgery and missed almost three months of action while rehabilitating ...  returned to the lineup for doubles only in the NCAA Tournament, pairing with teammate Jonathan Stokke to secure victories against High Point, Wake Forest and Mississippi ... against Mississippi, earned an 8-3 win over the doubles team of Patrick Chucri and Karim Alayli ... ranked as high as 107th nationally in singles (February 26 rankings) ... went 3-3 in three-set matches and was 0-2 versus nationally-ranked opponents ... won all three of his singles matches at the ITA Region II Championships Qualifier in the fall ... teamed with Peter Shults to win the doubles crown of the Groot Memorial Invitational.
