 Lorne McManigle
Former Emory University standout and NCAA Division III Singles National Champion Lorne McManigle joined the Blue Devil staff in August of 2011 and currently serves as the volunteer assistant coach for the women's tennis team.

McManigle, a native of Rockville, Md., graduated from Emory University in 2011 with a degree in English and Creative Writing. While at Emory, McManigle was the 2009 NCAA Division III Singles National Champion, a runner-up in the 2010 and 2011 NCAA Doubles Championships, a three-time Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-America, and a member of the 2009 ITA Collegiate All-Star team.

During her first season on the Blue Devil coaching staff, McManigle helped lead Duke to a 29-3 record, an ACC Championship and a spot in the NCAA National Semifinals. The 2011-12 Blue Devils ran the slate in the ACC, finishing with a perfect 11-0 record and had four members of the team named All-ACC.

McManigle currently resides in Durham, N.C.
