Charlie Hibard will once again lead the way for the East Central University men's & women's tennis teams this season. Active in the sport since her youth, Hibbard is in her sixteenth season as coach at the university.

ECU teams have enjoyed fantastic success under Hibbard, winning several matches against some of the area's most respected teams while producing quality players. Hibbard has overseen the transition from NAIA to NCAA Division II .

A graduate of Southern Nazarene University, Hibbard remains active in a women's doubles league that has enjoyed a surge of popularity in the community.  She and her husband, Tim, have three children, daughter Erin, and sons Sean and Cody.

Named 2003-2004 Lone Star Conference Mens Team Coach of the Year. 2006-07 Lone Star Conference & NCAA Central Region Men's Coach of the year & Co-LSC Women's Coach of the year.
