He’s made some great changes in his tennis style and he’s going to keep progressing throughout his career. 2001 Fall Season
Jumped out to a fast start during the fall tournament season and opened with a 4-1 record ... Earned vital wins over UNO’s Sebastian Lacatelli and Mattias Westerberg at the Louisiana-Lafayette Invitational ... Finished fall competition with a 5-4 overall record in singles play ... Only competed in one doubles match with partner Dan Kiernan.
Freshman Season (2000-01)
Proved to be one of the most improved players during the season for head coach Jeff Brown ... Finished the season with an overall record of 7-5 in singles play ... Went undefeated for the Tigers in both No. 4 and No. 6 singles play ... Improved as a baseline player and became more consistent as the season went on ...
