Edit Pakay enters her third season in the Lions’ tennis program…competed with the Lions’ cross country team in the fall.
At LMU-2002-Junior
Was selected as the LMU Female Athlete of the Year…was a first-team All-WCC selection in singles and an honorable mention selection in doubles…finished with an 18-8 singles record and a 15-13 doubles mark…had three singles wins over ranked opponents…enjoyed a six-match win streak that moved her into the No.1 singles spot…her come from behind win against Pepperdine helped LMU win their first WCC championship.

At Univ. of Florida-2000-Sophomore
Did not play and transferred back to LMU after one semester.
At LMU-1999-Freshman
Recorded 19 wins in singles and doubles play.
High School
Competed nationally and internationally with the Hungarian Tennis Club…in 1997 broke into the ITA Junior World Rankings as high as No. 25 in doubles and No. 60 in singles…was a member of the Hungarian team which took third in Barcelona in 1997…recorded a singles-junior win over Anna Kournikova in 1996.
