Daniel Hangstefer
Daniel Hangstefer enters his first season as graduate assistant tennis coach at Midwestern State after completing a solid collegiate career at NCAA Division I Lipscomb (Tenn.).
The Chattanooga, Tenn. native competed primarily at the No. 1 singles and doubles positions and was named to the Atlantic Sun Conference's All-Freshman Team in 2007.
Hangstefer, who earned his bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in bible studies in the spring of 2010, was also named to the Atlantic Sun All-Academic after his junior campaign of 2008-09.
He is currently working toward a master's degree in counseling at MSU.
