JUNIOR YEAR (2008-09):      
Third-year veteran hailing from England, established himself as a team leader and earned numerous conference victories for the Maroon and White.
FALL— Competed in all four of the MState’s fall tournaments, going 4-7 in all neutral site matches… Was able to post an impressive 7-4 record in doubles competition, including a championship appearance in the Division II Draw of the Southern Intercollegiate in Athens, Ga., when paired with sophomore Tanner Stump… Doerr and Stump also found themselves in the semifinals of the White Draw at the Crimson Tide Fall Invitational before slipping up.    
SPRING - Competed in 21 matches posting an 11-18 record in doubles play... Defeated UAB's 29th-ranked doubles pair Alex Emery and Brian Ly when playing with teammate Tanner Stump... Finished 10-9 in singles in dual matches while posint an impressive 6-2 record playing at the #6 spot... Picked up a team-high five SEC wins as an individual, including a streak of three-straight to begin the SEC season... Was the match-clinching point in a 4-0 takedown over Saint Mary's at the ITA Kickoff Weekend... Was tabbed as the SEC's Player of the Week in mid-February.     
SOPHOMORE YEAR (2007-08):
Second-year talent from Great Britain proved an asset to MSU doubles play posting a .500 record of 9-9 over the course of his sophomore campaign.
FALL—Went 3-5 playing in three fall tournaments...Won final two matches of the fall to claim the consolation title in the Musso Draw of the Crimson Tide Invitational...Also won a consolation match at the Southern Intercollegiates...Went 3-3 in doubles play...Went 2-1 with Ryan Farlow at the Crimson Tide Invitational and reached the semifinals of the Tide Draw to close out the fall.
SPRING – Competed in 16 tournaments, posting a 5-11 mark in singles play, while going 4-10 in dual match action, with three of his five wins coming from Southeast Regional competition… Earned a neutral site victory over Georgia State and picked up a win at Nevada, in addition to an SEC Indoor Championship victory over Josh Varela of Georgia, while also earning two SEC wins over Tennessee and LSU while playing at the #4 spot… After an impressive fall campaign in doubles action, in which Doerr slated 3-4 individual doubles record among three different partners, the second-year netman teamed up with first-year Bradentton, Fla.-native, Tanner Stump, posting a 6-5 record in dual match play at the #3 position, including a 4-5 record in the SEC, and a 3-1 record at home.
FRESHMAN YEAR (2006-07):
Provided quality depth in the lineup for MSU during the year...Most success came at the #6 singles position and the #3 doubles spot.
FALL—Played in three tournaments during his first fall season with the MSU program ... Fell in three sets in the first match of his career at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships (Athens, GA)...Also competed at the MTSU Blue Raider Invitational (Murfreesboro, TN) and the Georgia Tech Invitational (Atlanta, GA) despite a case of pneumonia.
SPRING-Posted a 7-6 singles record in his first dual match action at MSU...Went an impressive 6-2 at the #6 position...Had three SEC wins at the #6 position...Had wins over Memphis, South Alabama, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Vanderbilt and clinched MSU’s win over Louisiana Lafayette...Went 11-14 in doubles during the year...Went 5-11 in dual match play at the #3 doubles position... Posted back-to-back SEC wins over Arkansas and LSU playing with Ryan Farlow.
PRE-MSU:

Was a member of the State Championship Team for four years at Coopers Technology College...Reached as high as #11 in the English National Rankings and as high as #420 in the ITF Rankings, with a Juniors Doubles Champion of Grade 4 Winchester in 2006.
