Marek Came to Montana State from Lodz, Poland. Entering his Senior year with the Bobcats, Gebicki proved he can play with any college player in the country, As the co-mvp in 2005, and domintating at the number 2 position, as well as playing number 1 doubles. Part of the Big Sky conference championship team and BSC all conference teamfor two years running, Marek also made history in doubles when he and Braden Olson were invited to compete in the NCAA individual doubles championship. As a junior player Gebicki was consistently a top twenty player in Poland. Off the court Marek is excelling as an engineering major with a 3.9 GPA. Coach Phillips says "With Marek's talent and speed he is capable of anything in college tennis, he has a great work ethic and is a great plalyer for the team."
