Fall 2009 Freshman semester.... Got first D1 singles win at Crimson Tide Invitational in October. And with partner Ogrizek made the main draw finals of the "white" bracket in doubles.
Enrolled at Radford on "Presidential" academic scholarship.
Prior to RU: Trained at Bolleteri Academy from 2004-2009, wininnig selective junior tournaments and obtained ATP qualifying wins on the pro circuit. Completed High school with a 3.9 GPA (out of 4) and was a four year starter on the national honor roll.
Brett is from Buffalo NY and his parents Brian and Kimberly have 4 other children, Rachel, Ryan, Erika and Lauren.
