Alexandra (Ally) Spector has been playing tennis since she was 13. In 2004 she had USTA Girls 18s rankings of 5th in Maryland and 51st in Mid-Atlantic. Senior year she was the #1 girl player in Howard County and the #2 in her region. She was on the Washington Post All-Metro team for 2005, as well as Howard County Girls Player of the Year for the Washington Post, Baltimore Sun, and Howard County Times. She is the daughter of Lori and Jack Spector and has an older brother, Ian. Recipient of the "Outstanding Student Award", which is given to only 2 freshmen, 2 sophomores, 2 juniors, 3 seniors, and 4 graduate students as a recognition for their accomplishments as a Radford University student. Ally is the vice-president of the National Students speech language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA).
