As a Freshman (2011-12): Went 5-2 in singles during fall play and 1-2 in doubles with Steven Dawson-Roberts. High School: Joined the Gaels from Westwood, Calif...attended Loyola High School for three years and then attended Nordoff High School for his final year while he attended WEIL Tennis Academy...played for Loyola HS for two years and won the team's Rookie of the Year award his freshman season...made it to the league championships his freshman year and made it to the Round of 16 in CIF that same season...was ranked No. 40 in Southern California last year...was also recruited by Pacific, San Francisco, Cal Lutheran, Whitman, Cal Poly and Portland...chose Saint Mary's because it was a good fit and because he feels he can develop his game here...would like to play professional tennis after college...his father, Billy, is in his 18th season as the men's tennis head coach at UCLA.
