2001 Fall • 2002 Outlook: Sophomore Emily Waters looks to continue to improve as she earns more playing time in the spring.

2000-01: In her first season as a walk-on Frog, Waters posted a 2-7 singles mark, including a 6-3, 6-3 win over Kylie Wallis of Rice at the Rice Tennis Classic. She teamed with Renee Pinkenburg to post a 1-3 mark with their 8-3 win against Bjorklund/Boykova of UTEP, and with Sandhya Kanury for two matches in the fall.

Personal: Emily Diane Waters was born June 25, 1982... Daughter of Lee Waters... A pre-major... Member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority... Four-time letterwinner in tennis and two-time letterwinner in basketball at Pampa High School... Set all-time record for singles wins (185) at Pampa... Plans to attend graduate school following graduation.
