ITF in May 2012...Also in 2012, reached the semifinals at the Cop Milo tournament in Santiago, Chile, and made quarterfinal appearances at the Delray Beach ITF and the Uruguay Bowl...In 2010, she advanced to the semifinals in singles at both the Kentucky International Tennis Derby and the ITF Ukrzakhid...In doubles, reached the finals at the Wichita Falls ITF and the semifinal round at both the Atlanta ITF and the Instiriq Cup in 2011...Her most memorable moment came at a hometown tournament, the $10,000 Iasi, in which she eventually reached the quarterfinals after posting a first round upset over the No. 5 seed Tereza Malikova, a Czechoslovakian who was No. 678 in the WTA world rankings. "It was the last tournament before I came to college and everybody (newspapers, TV, people) was asking me about college," Hristov said.   PERSONAL: Stefania Hristov is the daughter of Adrian and Elena Hristov of Iasi, Romania...Has an older brother, Andrei...Began playing tennis when she was 6 years old...Her only official recruiting visit was to Texas A&M, and she said, "After the first day, I knew that this is where I wanted to study and play. I was really impressed with the tennis facilities and the coaches, how they treat the girls on the team and the attention they have.
