2002-03 (Jr.) - All-MWC selection after producing a 12-11 record in dual singles matches, all at the No. 1 position … finished the season with a 16-19 overall mark … also an all-MWC selection in doubles with Gina Black … received the first-ever MWC Sportsmanship Award and was the regional recipient of the Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship/Leadership Award ... one of seven national finalists.
2001-02 (So.) - Posted an impressive 26-9 doubles record with Brooke Parsons … the duo went 19-6 in dual matches, all at the No. 1 position … they won all three matches at the MWC Tournament and finished the season ranked No. 13 in the Central Region … went 16-16 overall in singles, and 10-13 in dual matches … was 7-6 at No. 3 singles … won singles and doubles match as AFA upset No. 62 SMU, 4-3.  
2000-01 (Fr.) - Recorded the most overall singles victories in one season (23) since Air Force moved to Division I ... first Falcon in six years to post 40 singles and doubles victories (42) in one year ... was 12-10 at the No. 4 position  and 4-0 at No. 5 ... won both matches she completed at the MWC Championships ... had two separate five-match winning streaks ... one of only two winning records in doubles on the team at 19-15 ... earned MWC Player of the Week honors ... won the Outstanding Singles Award on team ... qualified for the ITA Central Region main draw.

Before Air Force --
Four-year letterwinner in tennis ... won four state championships at No. 1 singles ... all-state and all-city selection ... led team to state championship in '97 and '98, and runner-up finish in 2000 ... also lettered one season in softball and basketball ... was ranked in the Missouri Valley Section … member of National Honor Society … high school tennis coach was Jennifer Sander.

Born July 12, 1982 … daughter of Lou and Mary Nigro ... majoring in behavioral sciences ... older sisters, Christine and Jeniffer, graduated from the Academy in May, 2003 ... also has a younger brother, Andy (18) … worked combat survival training and was element leader for basic cadet training last summer … would like to become an FBI agent in the future ... her career highlight was winning her fourth state championship … member of cadet squadron 26.
