Captured the singles and doubles titles at the USTA Boys' 18s National Championships in Kalamazoo, Mich. ... Defeated Alexios Halebian, 7-6(3), 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the singles final ... Teamed with Michael Redlicki to win the doubles title, defeating Mackenzie McDonald and Trey Strobel, 7-6(3), 6-1 ... As a result of the Kalamazoo victories, earned wild cards into the main draws of both singles and doubles at the 2012 U.S. Open in Flushing, N.Y.

Did not compete in the fall ... Joined the team in March of 2012 ... First UCLA competition was on March 27 against LMU ...
