2002 Spring -- As a freshman, competed in all 21 duals and the Big Ten Tournament… went 10-11 in singles competition at the No. 4 (3-1) and No. 5 (7-9) positions… went 10-11 at the No. 1 doubles position with teammate Stuart Waters.

2001 Fall -- Competed in the A Flights of both the Harvard and Boilermaker Invitational... advanced to the second round of the Omni Hotels Region IV main draw... posted a 3-7 record in singles competition... went 3-4 in doubles competition.

High School - Was crowned state champion during his junior and senior seasons... helped lead his team to a state title during his junior season... three-time all-state selection... four-time all conference selection... team captain and MVP during his senior season.
