Fall 2001:
Finished the fall with a strong 11-5 record in singles and 14-3 in doubles while competing against the nation’s toughest players… Beginning the preseason with a rank of No. 27, Mayorga scored several singles wins over ranked opponents including No. 22 Lindsey Dawaf of Florida, No. 87 Ana Radeljavic of Old Dominion and No. 95 megan Dunigan of Furman… All five singles losses came at the hands of player ranked in the nation’s Top 25… In doubles action, Mayorga and partner Sarah Witten earned a preseason ranking of No. 10 and competed in the main draw of both the ITA All-American Championship and the ITA National Indoor Championship… The duo won the consolation bracket of the All-American with huge victories over 33rd-ranked Monica Rincon and Erika Fisk of Ohio State and fourth-ranked Tiffany Brymer and Jewel Peterson of Southern Cal… Defeated fifth-ranked Alison Ojeda and Crystal Cleveland of Tennessee in the finals of the UT St. Mary’s Fall Classic… Also picked up wins over 37th-ranked Julie DeRoo and McCain of Duke and 47th-ranked Kednall Cline and Aniela Mojzis of North Carolina in the ITA Southeast Regional.

2000-01:
Played No. 1 for the Cats in singles to finish 19-19 and split time at the top position in doubles with partner Sarah Witten going 26-14 on the year… Earned All-American honors at the NCAA Doubles Championship by advancing to the quarterfinals… Reached an ITA ranking of 10th in doubles and 40th in singles… She and Witten defeated a host of highly-ranked opponents throughout the season, including sixth-ranked Simone Jardim and Kim Niggemeyer of Fresno State, tenth-ranked Kristina Kraszewski and Darija Klaic of Washington, 18th-ranked Bruna Colosio and Rocio Fantilli of LSU and 24th-ranked Alison Ojeda and Crystal Cleveland… Won the doubles title at the Lady Gamecock Fall Classic and qualified for the main draw of both the National Clay Court Championships and ITA All-American Championships… In singles action Mayorga pulled out several big wins for the Cats… Defeated third-ranked Michelle Dasso of Notre Dame 7-5, 2-6, 6-2… Scored a straight-set victory over 16th-ranked Julie Ditty in the SEC Championship… Helped the Cats in their victory over Ole Miss with her 3-6, 7-6, 7-5 victory over 23rd-ranked Julie DeRoo… Named SEC Player of the Week on April 18… Received the prestigious Arthur Ash, Jr., ITA/ Tennis Magazine National Leadership and Sportsmanship Award at the U.S. Open… Was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll and the SEC Good Works Team.

1999-00:
With her powerful game, played No. 1 in both singles, finishing 7-14, and doubles, where she teamed up with Witten to finish 19-12... Went 7-6 in her first fall season as a Cat... Took Florida's Whitney Laiho, member of the 2000 USA Tennis Collegiate Team, to three sets before falling in a third-set tie-breaker... Advanced to the final round of the ITA National Clay Courts qualifying before being eliminated by Katarzyna Malec of UNLV... Recorded an impressive straight set victory over 27th-ranked Julie DeRoo of Ole Miss... Teamed with Witten to rank as high as No. 13 in doubles... Won the Rolex ITA Southeast Regional Indoor with hige victories over 16th-ranked Brooke Siebel and Erica Biro from Duke and South Carolina's Leigh Eichelberger and Lynn-Yin Tan in the finals... Notched an 8-3 victory over the 12th-ranked Vanderbilt duo of Kristy Blumberg and Kate Burson... Was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll... Received Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award.

1998-99:
After joining the Cats in January, advanced to the finals of her first tournament, the Fighting Illini Invitational... Played at Nos. 1 through 4 singles, finishing at 14-17... Responded in the NCAA Tournament, picking up a 6-3, 6-3 win over Joyce Bergman of Tulane and leading Vanderbilt's Kate Burson when the match was suspended... Picked up huge wins over 28th-ranked Danielle Lund of Michigan and 60th-ranked Ana Friganovic of New Mexico... Took ITA No. 4 Agnes Muzamel of Mississippi to three sets... Went 8-3 in her first 11 matches... Won a 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 battle over Amelie Detriviere in UK's 5-4 win at Mississippi State... Crushed Catherine Galvin of Clemson 6-2, 6-0 to advance to the third round of the Georgia Invitational... Teamed with fellow freshman Shannon Stafford to go 9-3 in doubles, winning their last six matches... Two of their three losses were against top-50 tandems... Played in the qualification round of the Fifth Third Bank Tennis Championships, a $50,000 USTA Challenger... Has a WTA Tour ranking of 853 in singles.
