As a Senior in 2003-04: Had a solid fall season, amassing an overall record of 5-1 in singles play…downed each of her opponents in three matches at the Midwest Fall Blast in Champaign, Ill., defeating opponents from Illinois, Notre Dame and Virginia…defeated teammate Audrey Banada 6-3, 7-5 in the semi-finals of the Gator Invitational before falling to fellow Hurricane Natalie Mikolich 7-5, 7-5 in the finals.

As a Junior in 2002-03: Recorded an overall record of 23-9 in singles play, compiling a record of 9-3 at the No. 5 spot…finished the season tied with teammate Mari Toro in total wins (23) and first in winning percentage (.718)…put together a winning streak of five straight matches, taking opponents from South Florida, Florida International, Boston College, Virginia and Boston University…clinched an opening round victory for the Hurricanes in the NCAA Tournament, overtaking Missy Wright of Purdue 6-2, 7-5… paired with teammate Ewelina Skaza in the fall season for an overall record of 4-4 in doubles play.

As a Sophomore in 2001-02: Compiled a 21-13 overall singles record at the 3-4-5 positions, including a perfect 5-0 mark at the No.3 singles spot…finished the season with a 15-8 doubles record with three different partners…claimed the Flight B singles championship with a 7-5, 6-2 straight set victory over Auburn’s Maurer at the Lady Seminole Fall Classic…registered a 6-2, 6-1 upset victory over No. 15 seed Carole Soubis…won each of her matches at the Hurricane Classic, including two singles matches and a three doubles matches…

As a Freshman in 2000-01: Compiled a 15-7 singles record at the 4-5-6 spots and a 17-8 doubles record during dual match competition…defeated Emily Hellberg (6-1, 6-2) in Miami’s 4-0 sweep of Boston College at the 2001 BIG EAST Tournament, while teaming-up with partner Bettina Hafner to defeat the duo of A. Fernando/Hellberg, 8-2 at No.3 doubles…recorded her first collegiate win against Stephanie Beaulie of FAU (6-3, 6-1) on Jan. 7, 2001…defeated Mariko Fritz-Krockow in straight sets (6-4, 6-3) in Miami’s 4-3 upset victory over then-No. 32 UCLA…was the lone Hurricane to record a victory in a 6-1 loss to No. 7 Notre Dame, downing Kim Guy in three sets (1-6, 6-1, 7-5)…opened her freshman season with an 11-1 doubles mark…Bennacer played in the Fed Cup in Algeria…was a member of the Algerian National Team…earned the highest ITF ranking in the top 100 in singles and doubles.
