 Kristian Kuharszky
Graduate Assistant Coach
Univ. of Nevada

After playing for the Pack for four seasons, Kuharszky joins the coaching staff as an Undergraduate Assistant Coach this year.

Born in Switzerland in 1987, Kuharszky was raised mostly in Hungary. His father Zoltan was ranked as high as 52nd in the world as a player, and taught Kuharszky most of what he knows about the game.

"I grew up learning from people at the highest level of the game," Kuharszky said. "This has helped me to develop a wealth of knowledge as a player and also now as a coach."

At Talentum Tennis Centrum, his home club, Kuharszky has coached a number of junior players under the direction of head coach Tibor Mak.

During his playing career with the Wolf Pack, Kuharszky was a captain and leader on and off the court. He played out of almost every spot in the lineup, with a upbeat attitude on the court and a desire to push his teams to the pinnacle.
