Frayssinoux returns to Nevada for his second season as a member of the Pack coaching staff, assisting both the men's and women's programs.

"I am very excited about this year's team," he said. "Every player improved tremendously and it will be very interesting to see what they will do this spring 2012. It is a blast to work in such an environment and we will do our best to continue a culture of hard workers and motivated players."

Born in Paris, France. Frayssinoux played his college tennis at Mississippi State, where he cracked the ITA Top 15 in singles and served as the Bulldogs captain. Mississippi State was ranked inside the top 15 as a team while Frayssinoux was a player.

After an impressive college career, Philippe turned professional in 2008. He won an ATP Futures Tour event and reached numerous finals in doubles. He also reached a semi-final in Brazil F33 and reached multiple Quarterfinals of Futures Tour Events in singles play.

After his career as a player, Frayssinoux decided to coach in France, Paris. He first spent some time coaching in the 16-18 age group. During this time Frayssinoux began helping his most recognized pupil, Josselin Ouanna, who is currently inside the ATP top 150 and has advanced to the third round at Roland Garros. In August 2010, he then joined the University of Nevada as an Assistant Coach for both the men's and women's program.
