Spring 2011- Had an overall spring record of 16-9 in singles play...split time between the No. 5 and No. 6 position...went 6-4 when competing at the No. 5 position and 9-4 in the No. 6 position...posted a 17-8 doubles record with teammate Jessica Kunzelmann Fall 2010: Went 7-3 in singles play... Posted a 6-1 doubles record... Went 4-0 in doubles play when teamed with Jessica Kunzelmann Lankelma has been ranked as high as No. 11 in the Missouri Valley conference. She was the Iowa Junior Player of the year in 2009 and holds an overall high school record of 75-6. As a sophomore in high school she placed second at state and as a junior she won the state title with an overall record of 24-0. She repeated as state champion as a senior in 2010.
