The Toreros earned the hard-fought victory over the Broncos to move in the tournament.

Freshman (2011-12):Went 4-6 in singles in his first season as a Torero... Participated in the Aztec Fall Invitational, ITA Southwestern Regionals and Southern California Intercollegiate Championships... Named to the WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.00 GPA.

High School/Junior: Attended Bellarmine College Prep, earning four varsity letters in tennis for head coach Tyler Hansbrough... Named a four-star recruit by Ranked 159th in the nation as a senior and 28th in the state of California... Was ranked No. 3 in doubles and top-10 in singles in the Northern California Boys 18s... Named first-team All-Western Catholic Athletic League as a junior and senior... Helped lead his team to four-straight WCAL titles and the Central Coast Section finals during his sophomore and senior years... Won WCAL and CCS Individual Doubles as a senior and WCAL doubles as a junior... Earned the Billy Schmidt Award for the 2011 graduating class...
