2006: Loucks played largely at the No. 3 and 4 singles positions during dual match play... Went 13-16 overall in singles, 10-11 in dual matches and 4-2 in Pac-10 play... Was 6-4 at the No. 4 singles slot... Posted a 23-5 doubles record with Garrett Snyder, going 10-0 at the No. 3 doubles position and 18-2 in dual matches with Snyder... Put together an 11-2 streak throughout the month of February and March… Teamed up with Drew Hoskins in doubles finishing out the season ranked No. 54 with a 10-7 record… The pair boasted a rank of 45 on April 22, their highest rank of the season… The duo collected notable wins over No. 9 Deheart/Jones of Illinois on March 23, and No. 42 Gruendler/Kohlloef of UCLA on April 15… In the first tournament of the year, Hoskins and Loucks reached the semifinals of the ITA Regional Championship… Loucks also paired up with Jamil Al-Agba (1-0), Aaron Badart (1-1), Johan Berg (1-3), Whit Livingston (1-0) and Brian Wright (4-5).

In 2003, he advanced to the singles finals at the USTA Copper Bowl and the singles quarterfinals of the U18 California Bowl... He also finished in fifth place at the SCTA Boys' Sectionals...
