THIS SEASON: Daniel Nguyen enters his senior season at USC having been a key member of the Trojans' 2009, 2010 and 2011 NCAA Championships.

2010-11 SEASON: Nguyen clinched the NCAA Team Championship for the Trojans for the second straight year, winning a three-setter at the No. 3 singles position to net USC its third consecutive crown... Finished the year ranked No. 40 in the nation in ITA singles... Earned All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention and was named to the Pac-10 All-Academic Second Team... Also selected as an Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar... Reached the NCAA Singles Round of 32... Went 29-13 overall in singles, going 17-8 in dual matches playing primarily at the No. 3 position (13-4) and also at No. 2 (3-3) and No. 1 (1-1)... In doubles, went 21-11 overall and 17-7 in dual matches... Was 9-7 overall with Emilio Gomez, going 9-6 in dual matches at the No. 1 (0-3), No. 2 (5-2) and No. 3 (4-1) positions... 2009-10 SEASON: Nguyen finished his sophomore season ranked No. 63 in the nation in singles, and was No. 55 in doubles with JT Sundling and No. 72 with Jason McNaughton... Named to All-Pac-10 Second Team... Was named the NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player, notching the match-clinching singles win in the NCAA Championship match and also tallying four other singles wins during the NCAA Tournament... Named to NCAA All-Tournament Team for No. 4 singles and No. 2 doubles with Sundling... Named to the USTA Summer Collegiate Team... Went 38-6 overall in singles and was an impressive 21-1 in dual match singles... In doubles, was 30-11 overall and 21-6 in dual match play... Went 15-4 overall with Sundling, playing at the No. 1 (1-0) and No. 2 (10-1) positions in dual matches, and was 6-5 with McNaughton, going 0-1 at No. 1 and 3-2 at No. 2... 2008-09 SEASON: Nguyen finished his freshman season ranked No. 34 in doubles with Abdullah Magdas... Was second on the team in singles wins with a 33-9 overall record, including a 17-4 mark in dual match play... Played at the No. 4 (2-0), No. 5 (5-3) and No. 6 (10-1) positions... Won the Pac-10 Invitational singles championship... Finished the year on an eight-match singles win streak, including a 6-0, 6-2 win at the No. 6 position in the NCAA Team Championship vs. Ohio State... Selected to NCAA All-Tournament Team for No. 6 singles... In doubles, went 30-12 overall and 20-8 in dual match play... Was 23-10 overall with Magdas, going 19-8 in dual matches with a 2-1 mark at No. 1, 15-6 at No. 2 and 1-1 at No. 3... Reached the semifinals of the Pac-10 Championships with Magdas...
