HIGH SCHOOL: de Vroome is a 2012 graduate of Maurick College in Vught, Netherlands... Earned 2010 and 2011 National Talent awards and 2012 International Talent award... Won the Netherlands national singles championships in 2009 and 2010... Won singles titles at the 2012 ITF G1 in Thailand and 2012 ITF G2 in Tunisia... Reached singles quarterfinals of the 2012 Junior French Open... Ranked #21 in the world as an under-18 in 2012... Ranked #1 in the Netherlands in 2011 and 2012... Also in 2012, went 21-6 in singles and 13-6 in doubles.
