Taylynn Snyder enters her redshirt sophomore season at USC... Went 1-1 in the ITA Western Championship Tournament during the fall.
2005:
Snyder joined the team in January and played in limited dual matches in her redshirt freshman season...Compiled a record of 0-7... Fell in the first round of the Pac-10 Champiosnhip to Jesica Leitch of Arizona State.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Snyder is a 2003 graduate of Corona del Mar (Calif.) High... Also attended Santa Margarita High in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., as a freshman and sophomore... Lettered one season at Santa Margarita and two at Corona del Mar... Led Corona del Mar to two Division IV team titles (2001, 2002)... Combined with Brittany Holland (UCLA) to win the 2001 and 2002 Pacific Coast League doubles titles and captured the 2002 CIF Southern Section Doubles Championship (the first Corona del Mar duo to do so since 1971)... The pair were finalists in 2001... Named to the 2001 and 2002 Orange County Register All-County doubles first team.

Taylynn Michel Snyder was born on July 31, 1985, in Mission Viejo, Calif. ... The daughter of Terri and Doug Snyder, she has one brother, Garrett... Garrett is a sophomore on the Texas men's tennis team... Chose to attend USC because of the strength of its athletic programs and school spirit... Majoring in policy, planning and development.
